  1. Possess organisational skills required to work as an effective team member, in a high pressure, high volume work environment, while setting priorities and monitoring work flows, including a high degree of data input accuracy, based around patient activity.
  2. Excellent effective communication and customer/ interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise discretion and sensitivity,
  3. Demonstrated high level computer skills including Microsoft Office products and client based information systems and other database products.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of the confidentiality guidelines within the Privacy Act.
  5. Proven ability to learn new concepts and impart learned information to other staff to achieve positive outcomes.
  6. High Degree of competence with the transcription of Medical Terminology from Clinic Dictation.
