- Current pharmacist registration with AHPRA. Postgraduate study or qualification in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist, including demonstrated knowledge in the provision of oncology and haematology hospital services
- Demonstrated ability to engage, support and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all staff around the preparation and application of care plans
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement change and quality improvement, with both internal and external stakeholders, including education and clinical support
- High level of aptitude in Microsoft and relevant clinical applications, plus familiarity with electronic oncology medication management systems (such as MOSAIQ® or CHARM®)
- Proven ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
- Demonstrated ability to ensure continual quality enhancement and current status of the MOSAIQ® prescribing software
