- Current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA and membership of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia
- Post Graduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy, Business Management or Health Service Management or demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated excellent Interpersonal skills and highly developed verbal, written and report writing skills.
- Proven capacity to manage change, develop and motivate staff, and provide leadership
- Sound knowledge of financial matters as they pertain to hospital pharmacy services, and the demonstrated ability to organise human, physical and financial resources to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
- Sound knowledge of Federal and State Legislation and NSW policy directives pertaining to the handling of pharmaceuticals.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
