Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary Degree in Physiotherapy with current National Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA.
- Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in delivery of Physiotherapy services with a high level of clinical expertise in rehabilitation and/or aged and/or chronic and complex care clients.
- Demonstrated experience in staff coordination and supervision, as well as experience in the clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapists.
- Demonstrated experience in service development, including the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based Practice.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary team, including the formulation of complex care plans.
- Ability to provide advice to service managers on clinical service development, practice and redesign.
- Current NSW State driver's licence, including P1 or above, and willingness to use for work purposes. This may include driving long distances across the LHD.
