Selection Criteria to be addressed:
  1. Excellent customer service focus
  2. Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy diplomacy and confidentiality
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload with proven problem solving skills
  4. Experience with the Health Roster system or equivalent experience with rostering within a large complex organisation

  5. Good time management and organisation skills
  6. Demonstrated computer literacy, accuracy and conciseness in documentation
  7. Understanding and ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
