Registered Nurse/Case Manager

1. Current Nursing Registration (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated experience and clinical skills in Acute Medical / Mental Health Nursing as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse) and a keen interest to learn and gain experience in Drug and Alcohol
3. Demonstrated awareness of Drug and Alcohol dependence issues and Opioid Treatment Programs
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multi-disiplinary team including Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Community staff as well as General Practitioners, and external agencies
5. Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner
7. Ability to work a flexible roster, day or evening shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements
