Selection Criteria to be addressed: 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or Organisational Development or other relevant business degree and/or extensive experience in Organisational Development within a large complex and diverse service industry organisation.
  2. Demonstrated experience developing organisational strategies, frameworks, initiatives and programs relating to Leadership Development, Culture & Change Management, and Talent Management & Acquisition.
  3. Demonstrated, extensive experience designing, managing and delivering organisational development projects and change management processes.
  4. Motivated, innovative and flexible with the proven ability to manage time, a broad work-load, to lead a team of Organisational Development professionals, and a demonstrated understanding of the policies and accountabilities associated with the role.
  5. Excellent capability to consult, to develop and maintain good rapport with a wide range of people including patients, staff, clinicians, all levels of management and other HR staff
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, briefs, submissions and planning documents, and to present material confidently and competently to audiences
  7. Well-developed analytical skills that facilitate a conceptual approach to the planning process and proven ability to develop innovative solutions as well as in depth understanding of best practice approaches to adult learning and leadership development.
  8. Exceptional knowledge of either the Australian or NSW healthcare sector, health policy, the health workforce, and the healthcare services in the LHD and demonstrated capacity to keep abreast of emerging policy and OD trends and changes to employment related law and apply them to contemporary service delivery models in Health.
