Selection criteria to be addressed:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current Occupational Therapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
- Substantial broad post graduate clinical experience in Occupational Therapy, with a high level of knowledge, clinical expertise and advanced clinical reasoning.
- Demonstrated experience in management and clinical supervision of Occupational Therapy staff and under graduates.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the development of Occupational Therapy procedures, service planning, evaluation and redesign experience.
- Demonstrated substantial commitment to professional development and experience with quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Highly effective communication and computer skills, while able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice to senior managers on Occupational Therapy clinical service development, practice and design in response to demands and client/stakeholder needs.
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW driver’s licence.
