Multicultural Health Video Interpreter Project Officer - Nepean Hospital - Temp FT

Selection criteria to be addressed:

1. Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or extensive equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated understanding and experience in the use of Telehealth and its application in a health care setting, including the ability to provide and co-ordinate the required education, training and resources for patients, clients, families, carers and staff within NBMLHD.
3. Demonstrated experience in project management, including project development, implementation, reporting, evaluation and reviews aimed at improving operational efficiency.
4. Well-developed project planning, coordination, organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks within agreed timeframes and budgets.
5. Demonstrated highly developed oral, interpersonal and written, negotiation and change management skills; and experience in liaisons at all organisational levels and with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Ability to interpret and critically review literature and related material to inform decision making and document policies and procedures for new models of service delivery.
7. Understanding and experience in the delivery of health care of a variety of patients/clients in the health care setting.
8. Current drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across NBMLHD.
