Manager, Recruitment and Transaction Unit - Station St Office - Perm FT

Selection Criteria to be addressed:

1. Tertiary qualifications (business, human resources management or other relevant discipline); or equivalent work experience or a combination of both.
2. Ability to understand and apply NSW Health policies and procedures and legislation relating to Recruitment and HR transactional functions and NSW Health Awards.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and employee transactional processes and to be flexible, adaptable and positive towards continuously changing priorities, whilst maintaining and supporting a high productive, cohesive and professional workplace culture.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and superior customer service skills, have a responsive approach to managing enquiries, providing advice, training and guidance to all levels of staff and management.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, including the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of employees as well as external stakeholders.
6. Strong attention to detail, as well as analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret information from different sources to pro-actively identify issues and formulate strategies to address them.
7. Demonstrated experience in the use of electronic recruitment systems, HRIS, spread sheets and word processing applications.
8. Current drivers licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
