Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Demonstrated excellent computer skills with a range of software including Microsoft Office, Internet, databases, accurate typing (minimum 40wpm) and a desirable understanding of medical and Information Communication Technology terminology.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skill both written and verbal including a professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and problem-solving techniques with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proven Ability to maintain spreadsheets and databases and provide regular monthly reports
- Demonstrated capacity to manage and perform within a multi-disciplinary team in a service delivery environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate internal and external stakeholders across geographically dispersed boundaries
- Proven experience in the use of Health Roster, Recruitment and Onboarding (ROB) and TRIM applications
- Demonstrated ability to provide secretariat services including producing agendas and taking and publishing accurate meeting minutes
