The Assistant in Nursing (Aged Care) will provide safe resident care as directed by the Nurse Manager Portland Tabulam. This position will provide the provision of care activities to residents in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the scope of an Assistant in Nursing.

What you will bring to the role
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance – Aged Care (HLT32512) or Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015).
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.
- Previous recent experience working in an aged care setting.
- Demonstrated evidence of complying with Immunisation category A+.
- Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days a week (morning, evening & night shifts)
