Portland Tabulam Health Centre services include Residential Aged Care, sub-acute beds, and hosts a variety of community health services and allied health partners from the Lithgow Health Service. Awarded with a mark of excellence which is the highest quality for an aged care service, our facility aims to provide a patient-centred and personalised care to meet the unique needs of each resident by working together with their families and the community. 

The Assistant in Nursing (Aged Care) will provide safe resident care as directed by the Nurse Manager Portland Tabulam. This position will provide the provision of care activities to residents in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the scope of an Assistant in Nursing.
