Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) Administration Officer

Selection Criteria to be Addressed: 

1. Qualifications such as Certificate III in Health Administration (or similar) and/or substantial experience in administrative support positions with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively at the ACAT administration level.
2. Sounds understanding of MoH policies and procedures relation to Commonwealth Funding assessment services e.g CHSP, RAS, ACAS, AN-ACC, TACP and other support services.
3. Understanding and working knowledge of My Aged care and related services to provide extensive administration support to the ACAT team.
4. Demonstrated high level administrative clerical skills including the use of various computer packages & Experience and working knowledge of NSW Health electronic Records e.g. as CHOC, I-PM, Outlook, Healthroster, SARA, Stafflink, raise invoice and Procurements, COS, Internal database or capacity to learn the same.
5. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality whilst working as an efficient team member.
7. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills including preparation of reports, briefings, minutes and agenda.
8. Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
