Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, HPRM , iPM appointment scheduling ,data entry and working with multiple teams and facilities
  2. Demonstrated effective Customer Service skills
  3. Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft office suite of products including outlook appointments, database
  4. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation and distribution of agendas and minute taking
  5. Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, ability to be flexible and display initiative
  6. Demonstrated experience in working in a multidisciplinary team and with senior medical and nursing staff
  7. Demonstrated organisational / time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure, meet tight timeframes and manage competing demands
