Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, HPRM , iPM appointment scheduling ,data entry and working with multiple teams and facilities
- Demonstrated effective Customer Service skills
- Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft office suite of products including outlook appointments, database
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation and distribution of agendas and minute taking
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, ability to be flexible and display initiative
- Demonstrated experience in working in a multidisciplinary team and with senior medical and nursing staff
- Demonstrated organisational / time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure, meet tight timeframes and manage competing demands
