Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and problem solving ability
  2. Demonstrated experience in dealing with negotiation and conflict resolution within the workplace
  3. Possess a positive attitude and sound work ethic whilst adapting to changing work processes and environments
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
  5. Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines
  6. Flexibility to work within NBMLHD on a rotating shift including afternoon and weekend shifts
  7. Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service including the ability to liaise efficiently to all key stakeholders internal and external
