What you will bring to the role

  1. Extensive administrative experience, including reception duties and well developed skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills when dealing with people with complex health needs
  3. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  4. Capacity to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
  5. Experience in record maintenance and filing
  6. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  7. Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks
