Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  1. Demonstrated experienced in administrative / reception and booking duties including effective customer service skills
  2. Demonstrated excellent organisational and problem-solving techniques with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  3. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary multi-skilled team
  4. Experience in a frontline customer service role and the ability to effectively use problem solving and negotiation skills
  5. Possess a positive attitude and sound work ethic whilst adapting to changing work environments
