1) Describe your experience in understanding, interpreting and applying legislation to obtain optimal outcomes for patient safety and clinical quality outcomes for the NSW community.
2) Give an example of when you had to translate the legislation or a best practice guideline to a health practitioner who was not receptive to your advice and it did not resolve completely to your satisfaction. Describe how you approached and managed the situation.
