  1. In this role you will be expected to provide expert advice to senior leadership and stakeholders within NSW Health and externally. Please provide an example of when you have prepared expert advice to senior leadership. What really matters when providing expert advice and how would you characterise your style in providing such advice?
  2. Describe a situation where you have had to take various stakeholder inputs into account to develop an organisational position or policy. How did you ensure all input was considered and addressed? How did you identify and manage risks? What was the outcome?
