  1. In this role you will be expected to provide advice on reducing the rates of smoking in pregnancy to clinicians and other stakeholders within NSW Health and externally. What really matters when providing expert advice and how would you characterise your style in providing such advice?
  2. Please give an example of a highly complex project that you have successfully managed. What issues did you face? What strategies did you implement to overcome them? What would you do differently next time
