About this role
The role works as part of the NSW Ministry of Health Legal Team, developing complex legal and legislative projects to address challenges facing the NSW Health Sector, starting with a comprehensive review of medicines and poisons legislation in NSW
Where you'll be working
You will be working in a collegial environment as part of a dedicated team providing legal services to the NSW Public Health System as well as expert legislative and policy advice to Government
What you'll be doing
Your day to day work will include developing proposals for legislation from Cabinet Submission to Parliament, briefing at senior levels of government, as well as consulting with a wide variety of stakeholders both within government and the private sector.  While legislative experience is desirable, it is not essential to the role.
