Where you will work:


The Workplace Relations Branch within the People, Culture and Governance Division of the NSW Ministry of Health is a diverse and dynamic team that leads HR and work health and safety policy for the Health system as well as determining wages and employment conditions across the NSW Health system. This includes conducting industrial cases in relevant tribunals such as the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.

The Branch is also responsible for leading human resources for the Ministry of Health.

What you'll be doing:

 

You will research, analyse, develop, and review complex HR related policies for the NSW Health system.


You will provide expert policy advice to relevant stakeholders, and prepare written correspondence on behalf of the Minister for Health, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, and the Executive Director Workplace Relations to facilitate the appropriate interpretation and implementation of NSW Health policies.


Your work will involve collaboration and consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders within the Ministry, across NSW Health and external to NSW Health, including with Health unions and professional associations.
