1) Please provide details of a communications project you have managed that engaged a range of internal and external stakeholders: What did you do to manage the stakeholders and plan, implement and evaluate the project? What were the outcomes and key challenges?
2) What strategies have you used to help your organisation or team embrace and adapt to change? Where there was resistance, how did you overcome that challenge?
