  1. This role is required to provide guidance to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) providers and members of the public who seek information about sensitive ART treatments.  The collection, use and disclosure of information must be in compliance with ART and privacy law. Describe a time when you have had a sensitive enquiry and have been required to disclose personal information. What were your main considerations? Why were they important?  What would have been the consequence of a non-complaint disclosure?
  2. In NSW there are babies born every year who were conceived as a result of assisted reproductive technology treatment using donated gametes either as sperm, eggs or embryos created from donated gametes. What do you consider to be the biggest challenges in ART regulation? Why? What would you propose to manage these challenges?
