Program Officer, Monitoring
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality administrative support to committees and delegates, preferably within a regulatory environment
- Well-developed organisational skills and proven ability to manage high volume workloads, to work autonomously and be proactive
- High level of understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements or the ability to acquire this understanding quickly; ability to be sensitive and discreet in a range of situation
- Experience in the review/ development of operational policies and procedures

1. Describe a role in which you had to critically analyse information and prepare complex correspondence and reports. How did you ensure this activity was completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Please provide an example of a project you completed either individually or as part of a team which resulted in improved business processes. Please describe the project, how you identified the solutions and the outcome of your contribution.
