- Describe a complex or unfamiliar problem you have been faced with that you needed to solve. What made the problem difficult or unique? What steps did you take to resolve it and what was the outcome?
- What are important qualities or factors for a collaborative team and organisation? Provide some examples of where you have worked in a team and organisation that was highly collaborative. How do you contribute to this?
