1) Can you provide an example of a highly complex or unfamiliar problem you were faced with that you needed to solve. What made the problem difficult or unique? What steps did you take to resolve it and what was the outcome?

2) Please detail your experience in analysing complex data and using the information to prepare business cases and/or funding proposals.

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination if successful.
