1. Describe your experience in leading the preparation of statutory financial statements, including type of entities and governing legislation. Describe two situations where you have been responsible for determining the correct reporting treatment for complex accounting issues. How did you manage the situation with limited reporting timeframes?
2. External statutory reporting often requires input and review from many stakeholders. Using examples, how do you manage timelines and ensure consistent quality of information in these reports when dealing different stakeholders with different needs?
