1. You have been asked to undertake three different tasks at work for different legal officers. How would you go about prioritising the tasks you have been given?  

2. The NSW Ministry of Health is updating the NSW Health policy on consent to medical treatment to ensure the policy remains current and reflects best practice.  You have been asked to provide legal research assistance to contribute to the review.  Describe how you would approach this task.
