About this role:

You will build a motivated and high performing team to ensure each Minister’s Office receives the information they need, when they need it. Your work includes providing each Minister with information about the events they are attending, and publicly released reports about the health system. Our relationships are critical to our success and your key stakeholders include each Minister’s Office, the Office of the Secretary, offices of the deputy secretaries and the 57 ministerial coordinators from across the portfolio.

Where you'll be working:

The NSW Ministry of Health is located across 3 locations.

North Sydney, St Leonards and Chatswood. All staff will be relocated to St Leonards in mid 2020.

This role is currently located at St Leonards, close to public transport, cafes and shops.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll support your team to develop strong relationships with our internal stakeholders. To do this you’ll need to have a very good understanding of our stakeholders’ needs and expectations. You’ll ensure that each Minister’s Office receives timely information in a way that is easy for them to understand.

As part of the branch leadership, you’ll also contribute ideas for how the branch can continue to make it as easy as possible for our internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information to each Minister’s Office.
