  1. Please provide an example of a complex project you have led and how you ensured it was successful.
  2. In this role you will be expected to provide expert advice to senior leadership and stakeholders within NSW Health and externally. What really matters when providing expert advice and how would you characterise your style in providing such advice?
  3. Please describe a brief example of how you manage and develop staff to enable change/ meet outcomes?
