- An operational manager in a large metropolitan hospital has rung seeking urgent advice on what she feels is a serious medico-legal issue. Having regard to the focus capabilities of the role, what are the factors you would consider in taking the call and pulling together an effective piece of legal advice.
- Describe a time when you were required to handle a legal situation that challenged fairness or ethical issues: what action did you take and what lessons did you learn?
