About this role
Join our dynamic team of lawyers in the Ministry of Health’s Legal & Regulatory Services Branch.  The legal team at the Ministry of Health provides legal services to the public health system, the NSW Ministry of Health and Health portfolio Ministers on all areas of law affecting the operation of the NSW health system.  This frequently involves giving advice directly to public health organisations and staff who work within the public health system, including advice on an urgent basis or subject to pressing operational timeframes.


What you'll be doing

This is a generalist role in a government sector organisation that will involve giving advice on a range of legal and policy areas and provide exposure to a diverse range legal content knowledge on a day to day basis, including commercial law, regulatory and administrative law, legislation and litigation.
