About the role

The Executive Support Coordinator provides a range of project management and support services across a range of complex issues to support the Ministry Executive, and the assigned Deputy Secretary to meet organizational objectives.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including proactive project management, co-ordination and tracking of correspondence, reports and briefing requests within the allocated Division in conjunction with the Ministry’s Executive and Ministerial Services Branch to meet critical deadlines
- Manage all administrative procedures and processes to support the allocated Deputy Secretary including drafting and preparing accurate, factual and contextual correspondence, presentations, reports and submissions, sourcing, collating and compiling data and information to identify emerging issues and report on progress against key deliverables
- Deliver a comprehensive range of administrative support functions, including complex diary and meeting management, secretariat support to committees, routine database maintenance, document production, compilation and distribution and maintenance of office equipment
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment
- Qualifications such as Diploma level in Business Administration Support (or similar) and/or experience providing middle management (or higher) executive support or project management.
