Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business, financial management and/or accounting or health management, or comparable relevant senior level experience in internal audit professional practice in an environment that encompasses the range and diversity of functions and systems subject to audit in a complex organisation like NSW Health. 
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the conduct of investigations. 
  • Membership and certification with a relevant professional accounting and or auditing body.

This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Public Service senior executive (PSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $211,222 to $235,325 per annum (SOORT 2023), will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
