This Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Secretary will require extensive and successful experience at the executive level as a financial leader in a complex, large and multi-disciplinary environment.  They will be accustomed to managing critical negotiations at the most senior levels and used to dealing across sectors, and with multiple levels of government and jurisdictions. They will be accustomed to working in or with government and with the ethics and value set suited to the most senior levels of public service.
