The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Analysing business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility and recommends new approaches in HPCA’s business processes and establishes requirements for the implementation of changes in HPCA’s business process.
  • Investigating operational requirements and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in new or changed processes that identify potential benefits and available options for consideration.
  • Contributing to the selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of existing or new business processes whilst, challenging existing methods positively as appropriate. Obtains formal agreement from stakeholders and recipients to scope and settle on requirements.
  • Gathering information from HPCA and Councils to understand their needs and detailed requirements while facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders using feedback to assess and promote the understanding of future changes in HPCA systems. 
  • Creating test cases for both functional and non-functional specifications through the production, execution, and review and reporting of through testing materials to verify new and amended systems. Records and analyses actions and results through the implementation of a defect register for new and existing system testing activities.
 
 
Essential Requirements:       
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking the review and analyses of business processes and services in a medium sized organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent experience,
  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to develop process documentation including process maps and related procedures,
  • Knowledge of the testing tools available in the market and right application of the suitable tools for the organisation.
