The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·     Greet all visitors and ensure they comply with internal administrative processes, and are attended to by the appropriate staff member

·     Be the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries and walk in visitors, ensuring that they are responded to in a professional manner and referred to the appropriate staff member

·     Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions including (but not limited to) mail and parcel services and deliveries, records management, data entry, diary management, routine purchasing and correspondence, document compilation and distribution, and other reasonable administrative functions as directed

 

Essential Requirements:

Qualification such as Certificate 3 level in Business Administration Support (or similar) and/or substantial experience in administrative support roles.
