x2 Senior Policy Officer
The Program Delivery Office within Government Relations, Strategy and Violence Prevention Branch is seeking expressions of interest for x2 Senior Policy Officers (Full Time, Temporary up to 31 December 2025).

We are seeking two highly motivated Senior Policy Officers to join the Program Delivery Office to work across a dynamic portfolio as outlined below.

Role 1: Child Sexual Abuse Royal Commission Implementation
In this role you will be implementing a significant reform agenda as part of the NSW Government’s response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.


Duties include:

  • Coordinating and undertaking programs, projects and activities, research and provide advice in relation to intergovernmental issues for NSW Health, public health organisations, and related government agencies.
  • Designing and delivering priority policy projects and programs to prevent and respond to violence, abuse and neglect with a particular focus on services for victims and survivors of sexual abuse and children with problematic or harmful sexual behaviours.


Role 2: NPA Program Management and Sexual Violence Responses
In this role you will be implementing reform programs funded the National Partnership Agreement on Family Domestic and Sexual Violence. 

Duties include:

  • Coordinating and undertaking programs, projects and activities, research and provide advice in relation to intergovernmental issues for NSW Health, public health organisations, and related government agencies.
  • Designing and delivering priority policy projects and programs to prevent and respond to violence, abuse and neglect with a particular focus on services for victims and survivors of sexual violence.

Crown Clerk Grade 9/10, $129,464 - $142,665 p.a. plus super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.
