Health Infrastructure was established in 2007 as the capital delivery agency of NSW Health for projects over $10 million. Today, Health Infrastructure plans and delivers sustainable and innovative infrastructure and asset management solutions to meet the health care needs of NSW communities now and into the future. The role supports the Executive team and manages the efficient operations of all business enabling functions, to optimise performance and reputation in the delivery of sustainable health infrastructure, in line with NSW Health requirements and broader NSW Government policy context.
The role manages teams who drive strategic change to achieve organisational objectives and improve operational effectiveness whilst maintaining critical service delivery outcomes. It requires an approach that fosters innovation and challenges the status quo whilst remaining actively involved and accountable for NSW Government policy compliance and reporting.
This is an ongoing, full time, Band 2, Health Service Senior Executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $314,170 to $350,324 per annum (SOORT 2024) with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who are looking to develop their skills and can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a complex organisation, with infrastructure experience seen as highly valuable.
- Extensive executive strategic change management experience across a wide portfolio of business areas gained in a dynamic multi-faceted environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning and business process efficiencies in delivering a complex infrastructure program, or in a government context
