About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.
You will lead and influence the design, development, and implementation of organisational development initiatives that align with Organisational Design principles. This role supports the Ministry of Health’s employees in building the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to deliver on strategic goals.
Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,378- $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
- Develop and evaluate organisation capability strategies that reflect Ministry priorities and drive performance.
- Align initiatives with best practice organisation planning and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
- Provide expert advice and produce high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for NSW Health and government stakeholders.
- Design strategies to attract, retain, and reward high-performing staff, enhancing organisational outcomes.
- Lead and manage projects to ensure successful delivery of workforce capability initiatives.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform evidence-based strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, supporting their development and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace in compliance with statutory requirements
