About this role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Administrative Officer for our forensic team. This role will be assisting both our community and our corrections teams, managing paperwork and applications for orders across the forensic jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
Crown Clerk 3/4, starting salary from $82,193 - $90,001 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions including, records management, accounts and routine purchasing, routine correspondence and meeting minutes, document compilation and distribution, preparation for meetings and conferences and data entry.
- Assist with telephone enquiries and hearing management, showing initiative in handling inquiries and redirecting to the relevant business unit or Officer.
- Provide data entry and administrative support in relation to Tribunal patient files to ensure accurate record-keeping of the forensic review process following records management guidelines, policy and procedures.
- Assist with preparation of forensic hearings to ensure that patient files, exhibit lists and hearing kits are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately with attention to detail.
