- Certificate III in Sterilisation Technology at TAFE or a willingness to obtain within 2 years.
- Proven ability to perform routine tasks and meet demands under routine supervision.
- Sound computer knowledge and ability to learn relevant programs associated with CSSD
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to undertake repetitive tasks
- Ability to participate in a seven day rotating roster with a high proportion of afternoon shifts
