Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).
What you'll be doing
This position will work collaboratively to deliver dyadic specific intervention for vulnerable families where a parent or carer of a child (aged 0 to 4yrs) has a diagnosed mental illness. Interventions will be delivered by face-to-face and telehealth modes.
The Nurturing Connections team will work across hospital, community, Non-Government Organisations and home visiting settings.
About you, do you have?
- Degree in Social Work or other equivalent qualification providing eligibility for membership of AASW
- Highly demonstrated expertise and knowledge of Social Work in the context of Health.
- Clinical experience providing evidence-based assessment, planning and treatment for complex presentations in a mental health setting.
