- Bachelor of Social Work and eligible for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers or Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Current comprehensive skills and experience in all aspects of service delivery to sexual assault victims.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical counselling skills in working with child, adolescent and adult victims of sexual assault and their non-offending family members or friends within a trauma framework.
- A commitment to and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in the development and delivery of professional education, community development and primary intervention programmes.
- Experience in working with key stakeholders.
- High level experience and knowledge of crisis intervention within a tertiary trauma setting and participation in a 24hr On Call Service.
- Current unrestricted class C NSW Drivers Licence.
