What you'll be doing

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Nurse Unit Manager to join our Medical Ward team at the Bellingen River District Hospital where you will work within a collaborative and caring team.  You will need to provide exceptional management and clinical leadership to the team.



About You

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment 
  • The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate high-level communication skills, coupled with drive, enthusiasm and strong organisation skills
  • The candidate will be high-functioning, flexible and adaptable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and navigate change effectively.
  • Crucially, you will be self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude
