Nurse Educator (Grade 2) - Macksville/Bellingen Hospitals - Temp Full Time

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia who holds post registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area in which he/she is appointed, or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
2. Ability to work autonomously and proven ability to achieve outcomes in line with the educational direction of the Health Service
3. Demonstrated effective leadership skills, inclusive of highly developed organisational, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
4. Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and knowledge of innovative educational strategies, tools and approaches
5. Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
6. Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
