Manager – Finance and Performance Services: Rural & Community Services (HM3) - Kempsey District Hospital - Perm Fulltime

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of management accounting and activity based funding concepts and the practical application of those within acute and primary health service delivery.
3. Highly developed ability to provide effective and authoritative specialist advice and recommendations in relation to business management and service delivery issues, (including financial, activity based costing and funding and workforce) within a large multidisciplinary, diverse, service delivery organisation.
4. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people
5. Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services
6. Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills
7. Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required
