What you'll be doing
Responsible for providing support services for the management of large complex hospitals or groups of hospitals; or   
Responsible for management and in some cases support in human resources and/or financial and/or administrative and/or clinical services in tertiary teaching hospitals and/or Health Services

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s.  These awards are available at




  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people
  3. Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services
  4. Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills
  5. Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
  6. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required
