District Manager - Prevention and Response to Violence and Neglect Projects - Location Negotiable - Perm Part Time

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
2. Demonstrated high level of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
3. Demonstrated sound time management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines within defined resources ensuring targets are met
4. Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a high performing team with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff
5. Highly competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)

6. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to contribute to the development of a trauma informed model of practice that includes sound clinical knowledge of the dynamics and effects of domestic & family violence, sexual assault and child abuse.

7. Demonstrated skills in effective facilitation of adult education and information sharing in the provision of prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect material.

8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required
